Do You Meditate. Learn to meditate in just seven days!

Sit on a chair or with your legs crossed on the ground, with a strong, confident posture. Close your eyes and breathe in slowly through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

(1 Minute)

Meditation begins with a focus on your breathing.

As you breathe in through your nose and out your mouth, explore what your senses are telling you and pay attention to how your body is reacting. Try to ignore sensations outside your body.

(3 Minutes)

When meditating, your goal is to keep yourself within the present moment, far from distractions of the past and future.

Continue to breathe in through your nose and out your mouth. It's perfectly normal for your mind to wander. When this happens, simply return your focus to your breathing

(5 Minutes)
